Teeth whitening: A teeth-whitening procedure can be scheduled after consulting with a cosmetic dentist. The normal hue of enamel is lightened by 1.2 shades when teeth are bleached. -After applying Vaseline to the lips, a mouth guard is positioned. The gum line of teeth that are going to be bleached is lined with a gum barrier. 

-During the first round, a whitening substance is put to the teeth and the laser is turned on for 15 to 20 minutes. With caution, the bleaching gel is removed. After repairing any more gum barrier leaks, the beaching gel is applied for a further 15 to 20 minutes. In a single session, two to three cycles are administered before ending. After removing the gingival barrier and washing away the bleaching gel, a neutralizing desensitizing gel can be administered. For the next 24 to 48 hours, the patient is told to consume just plain meals and not any colored foods, tea, coffee, or alcohol.
